Every race will start at 18:45, on Monday the 7th we need you to turn up a little bit earlier as you need to collect your number if you've pre-entered or complete the entry form if you haven't already entered, so if you can be there before 18:15 on Monday that would be great.Please note that entries on the night will close at 18:30 each night - this will be a STRICT CUT OFF - please ensure you arrive early enough to enter.

You'll be given a number that is colour coded for your age group, for example Under 11s might have a red stripe on their number, Under 13s might have a blue stripe on their number - it's important to know what colour your age group is as the races routes and marshals will also be colour coded. The other REALLY IMPORTANT thing is that you pin your number on the FRONT and make sure it's visible at all times during the race. This is so the marshals can see what route you're following and when you cross the finish line we can record your time and position. You'll use the same number every night so please remember to bring it with you each night.

Monday 7th June 2010 - St Andrews Beach Race
Description : You'll starting at the point out on West Sands (opposite end of the beach to last years race) and will be running along the sand at St Andrews - a flat course, but the sand makes it more challenging
Meeting Place : West Sands Car Park (registration opens at 17:30hrs
Distance : Under 11s - 1 mile, under 13s - 2 miles, under 15s and under 18s - 3 miles

Tuesday 8th June 2010 - East Lomond Hill Race
Description : You'll be running up to the summit of East Lomond Hill (Falkland Hill) - a hilly course, but with a fab view
Meeting Place : East Lomond Masts Car Park
Distance : Under 11s - approx 1.5 miles, under 13s - approx 2 miles, under 15s and under 18s - approx 3 miles

Wednesday 9th June 2010 - Tentsmuir Forest Trail Race
Description : You'll be running through the forest trails - a flat course, but with an interesting mix of sandy and firm trails
Meeting Place : Kinshaldy Car Park, Tentsmuir Forest (bring £1 for the car park barrier)
Distance : Under 11s - approx 1 mile, under 13s - approx 2 miles, under 15s and under 18s - approx 3 miles

Thursday 10th June 2010 - Time Trial in the Tarvit Estate
Description : All the competitors will set off at a different time and it's a race against yourself and the clock
Meeting Place : Hill of Tarvit House Car Park (Please bring a small donation for Tarvit House)
Distance : 2.1km for all ages

Friday 11th June 2010 - Cambo Estate Multi Terrain Race
Description : Taking in road and trail you'll follow a route through the beautiful Cambo Estate near Kingsbarns
Meeting Place : Kingsbarns Square - must be there by 18:15hrs
Distance : Under 11s - 1 mile, 5km for all other ages

PLEASE NOTE : There will be limited/no toilet and changing facilites at venues so please come prepared!!
